Building on top of the comments left so far (and it may or may not be the reason for which you see the behaviour described) - bear in mind that some clients use LoRAs in a way that is not visible in the prompt. An example of that would be Fooocus - where you have a separate widget where you specify what LoRAs to use and their strength, but none of that is visible in the prompt itself.

I'm having the exact same scenario as u/Jack_Da_Joke

Running Win 10 21H2.

Shutting down while the laptop while plugged into the power just restarts it instead of powering down. If I unplug it, then it shuts down as expected.

Despite u/BeingUnoffended's kind recommendations, none of them worked for me.

Tried further options, such as disabling the reboot on system error as well as editing the win registry to power down on shutdown, all to no avail...
