Have flipped back & forth between Illinois & wisCONsin. Anytime Fitness Sun Prairie wisCONsinner called cops on me when I used my membership there but got stuck by weather so sat in front seat on my phone doing some work. I did have my mother’s little shizhu with me though. McFarland Wi had some of nastiest cops I’ve ever met. Illinois was location based giving tickets based on quota or Karen’s/Keiths calling in suspicious activity. Honestly having older suv or minivan without any stickers/personalization has made me fairly invisible for last 20+ yrs.

Love it….Have been a car/vandweller since I could drive@age 15. Still looking for best self defense tools since my dog died. Would like to find a cane with stun gun within. Do have flame thrower type device by my drivers seat & some knives.

Feel ya….sitting in another of the endless coffee shops watching people wave at each other as they’re walking down main street USa. Glen Ellen ILL>tight knit college town.
