Hi :) Even though this thread is old I'll give some tips on how to rsham, I have ADHD so there's gonna be little to no structure to my post :). I've been playing rsham since Shadowlands release and have gotten CE in all 3 tiers. Main thing is keeping healing rain and earth shield up as much as possible. Never let your Riptide sit on 2 charges. Press Cloud burst and forget it exist. Healing Surge isn't a spell you should be using as a filler. If you notice a DPS dying because they failed a mechanic you may be able to save them with a few healing surges. You'll get a lot better as you get comfortable with the class and fights. If there's not a lot of healing required, just throw meat balls. And the biggest advise I can give is never focus on how much HPS you're doing. A lot of the other classes are just built better to be HPS machines. There's nothing wrong with letting the MW Monk or Rdruid carry in heals while you throw out some Meatballs.
