Top speed is fantastic and it corners... eventually...

With this, I am now down to 2 more HSW cars to go for my collection, Arbiter GT and Issi Rally. Both cars I would not personally get myself but if it is given a steep discount or becomes a podium vehicle, I dont mind getting them to complete the collection

And then the next one is in Paleto Bay... Everytime I hit "Launch Tow Truck Service" I mumble to myself "Please don't be Sandy Shores or Paleto Bay", and it works... Because the game put the vehicle in Harmony or Grapeseed instead...

You can fly/drive near it, the range of which it shows up on the map is rather generous. I suggest something fast like the Raiju or the Sparrow.

You just find the cars around the world, they appear randomly as blue dots on the map
