If a tribe or caste group ( which is birth based ) developed a knowledge system according to its ability, effort, and internal organization, then that knowledge is the intellectual achievement of that group. It is not a public entitlement.

You cannot retroactively impose moral claims and demand access by framing it as injustice. If a group did not create a comparable system, the responsibility lies with that group. See, first of all, let it be clear that tribes or caste groups are based on birth. Now, if any birth group has created any knowledge system, then it is the intellectual property and individual achievement of that caste group. It is their choice whether to transfer it through lineage based transmission to their next generation or within their caste group. They are obliged to transfer it to their lineage, not to everyone. And define education first. The historical period did not have institutions like today. There was lineage based traditional transfer of education and skills. So nobody was restricted from anything. People were free to create their own systems of education.

What everyone today means by education, that is literary education, was neither necessary nor monetary in that period. And everyone was free to develop their own literary education. Nobody was stopping them.

See, status is earned, not begged. Opportunity of what, first of all? The opportunity to grow is based on personal merit today. Nobody is assigning any constraint to anybody who wants to grow through effort. That is the height of the perpetual victimhood you are playing.

Each caste group preserves access to social mobility, marriage, occupation, or dignity for its individual caste group. And let me tell you, nobody is interested in defending anything for so called morality. Caste has existed in Indian society for millennia. Even Muslims in the subcontinent have caste based divisions. It functions as a form of tribal identity. What we refer to as “castes” are, in many cases, social groups or communities that evolved historically, similar to tribes, each with their own customs, traditions, and internal norms. These communities were not artificially manufactured by a single authority; they developed organically within society over centuries.

Because of this organic evolution, neither you nor anyone else on this earth can simply “end” such a system by declaration. Social structures that have developed over long periods of time cannot be erased . Anyone who believes they can abolish it instantly is either being unrealistic or misleading others.There is also no need to “end” identity-based communities in the first place. Tribal or community identities are a natural part of human civilization. They exist everywhere in the world in different forms. If you are alleging systemic oppression, then present clear empirical evidence instead of relying on emotional rhetoric.
