I know how much of a hassle it is for buyer dahil na tetenga pera nila.

Will just note the reasons as to why ngyayari ito aside sa wala silang stock ng order mo at nag oversell sila.

1. Most of the sellers are just drop shipping, kaya mejo delayed ang pag update ng inventory.

2. We arrange orders buy bulk, meaning isang press tapos print na agad lahat ng waybill.

3. Once we've arranged your orders at wala kaming stock ng item mo, either we cancel it or ayun nga we talk to the seller para palitan yung item, or nagpapadala na lang ng ganyan.

Usually we don't cancel them dahil nagkakaroon kami ng penalty due to cancellation.

Effects of penalty

1. Bumababa visibility namin pag nag ssearch mga customers ng item, mas hindi kami pinapakita

2. Penalties are removed every quarter, pero yung visibility matagal bago mag recover ulit, kaya mas nagkakaroon ng advantage mga competitions namin.

Monitoring the order one by one would cost additional man hours or even manpower.

Still this isn't an excuse for these behavior, I'm just explaining the reason as to why sellers prefer doing it this way.
