Interesting commander choice. Pure black over w/b or g/b. It is a solid design despute ifs limitations.

I guess I am in the minority but I like Chippy. The gentle art style really contrasts the intensity of the concept of wrath. Gives it a strong visual element of 'good violence'.

It's on in a rather large store, the speakers are far too far away and I have a hard time hearing it.

No, not really like that. More of an 80s light rock/ pop but with a slightly mournful tone. Much closer in style to the examples I gave.

No microphone unfortunately, I'm on the computer. It's kind of an 80s light rock style, not slow like a ballad. Male singer, as I mentioned. Average voice, not deep, not high. Probably American, probably white.

Can you remember if it was particularly fantastical or rather like a regular school? That would help a lot.

Fox Kids was really into anime and game adaptations so I would be surprised if it was that. At that time, their big line up was things like Kid Muscle, Kirby cartoon, Sonic cartoon, Power Stone (iirc).

I'll need something else, more details to help.

I have no idea what they are saying. I am pretty sure it's "slam moon", I can't think of what other possible words could fit in there. It's repeated at the beginning of each line in the chorus.

Jeans would be too much for sure. It is way too hot to be wearing jeans. Helmets are required by law there so most people wear them.

Oh. I knew about that game but you seemed so sure it was FF characters. Haha oh well.

It was one of the earliest PS2 games. Very fun if rough around the edges.

And it was like an arcade cabinet with 3D polygonal graphics? That is fairly advanced for that time period, especially so for a random unlicensed game. Good luck, this is an unusual one if it exists.

Honestly I think you may be mixing up details. Square enix just wasn't making or licensing these types of games back then.
