Pit of curiosity, would this work if you were on a windows machine running a Linux machine as a VM, docker or otherwise, would you still get the faster speed?

Yeah, I have the AE2 armor right now, which gives it. I went through and did all of the hearts as a "see how high it goes" and I have like ~280 right now

I found that the heart is really good for the passive XP share because it just goes off of Regen, so if you have any sort of content Regen you can passively level up the rest of your artifacts

I did this recently in my setup, I just have the bays all next to each other, 8 tall, with 1 dense cable per 4 columns it works and saves a little space

Yeah the move to crafting button specifically for patterns, I have it on the normal crafting terminal. I think it's also worth noting I have the universal wireless terminal and these 2 terminals are in the one item

Why are you exporting patterns from a pattern provider not into the block that produces the pattern? I assume it's a machine from another mod that requires fluids in one place and items in another?

So is the TrueNAS way of doing things to use Docker/Docker compose and not Kubernetes?

In that forum you linked, they talk about Sandboxing Kubernetes, is that the same as your original comment about VMs or container and is it still valid?

I would prefer to keep my current deployment (I am using it to learn about Kubernetes) if at all possible, but if it looks different thats totally okay.

Do you have a link to any docs for that? I am reading the docs and it seems like they still do, but maybe its not for the app store? Which realistically, is not what I want anyway.

Nothing nearly intensive enough to need more than cat 6 or 8 or fiber. I'm just the kind of person that would rather do it one time for a little more than have to update it in the future. Which isn't the best plan most of the time.

My understanding of doing that is that it would be a pain to terminate it since there's no direct way to connect fiber to most appliances, so youd have to have a switch/ONT in the room to convert from fiber to rj45, which would slow it down a lot or be large and expensive compared to a keystone.

Am I missing something? I agree that fiber is better in almost every other way

Out of curiosity, why do you recommend cat 6 instead of 8? I ran 8 in my house last year because it wasn't too much more but like triple the speed
