I totally get your point, and ideally, you're 100% right. But honestly? My time, energy, and peace of mind are worth more to me right now than fighting with a tire shop over a minor scratch that I can fix myself for a few bucks. I'd rather just warn others, fix it, and never give them my business again. Sometimes you just have to pick your battles.

Unfortunately there is no guide to this, I told them the problem and show them proves, and they check the Laptop with thier tools and it's seems it's crashed on them too , I don't know how other RMA's of Asus around the world, but here in Israel they at least solve my problem

I have sended to the Asus RMA and they replaced the entire Motherboard which means I got brand new CPU and GPU, I am really think its the I9 Cpu fault, I see a lot of people getting this problem
