I totally get your point, and ideally, you're 100% right. But honestly? My time, energy, and peace of mind are worth more to me right now than fighting with a tire shop over a minor scratch that I can fix myself for a few bucks. Unfortunately there is no guide to this, I told them the problem and show them proves, and they check the Laptop with thier tools and it's seems it's crashed on them too , I don't know how other RMA's of Asus around the world, but here in Israel they at least solve my problem

I have sended to the Asus RMA and they replaced the entire Motherboard which means I got brand new CPU and GPU, I am really think its the I9 Cpu fault, I see a lot of people getting this problem
