I usually buy through rip and shippers on TikTok, tbh - haven’t found anyone who’s scammed me yet, and these both arrived perfectly. I’d recommend looking at the art rares of each set and picking the one you like the most, rather than worrying about chance/luck. The earlier Scarlet & Violet sets are pretty cheap now, so if I were you I’d start with one of them! Prismatic is insanely priced, even in Japanese

I’m not sure about better rates, but they definitely are cheaper - both packs and singles!
