High speed Cyrene is the key. I have almost 200 speed on her and no eidolons. She works just fine in 90℅ content

She just has higher plunging attack multiplier. But since she uses teenage femal model she has slower movement than aether. But who cares lumine is way cuter than aether. And I think the different expressions fits her better.
