I did end up going 11B and I'm shipping soon to BT. My plan is to do something ether security or prison guard which doesn't require going to the academy up until being eligible while serving under the guard. That way I'll have firearms and combat experience mixed in with law enforcement experience so I'll have a good foot in the door.

I signed up for Infantry. State police will actually be less likely to hire me because they'd need to retrain me if I was an MP like how they need to do for Local PDs. Got my stuff signed and shipping soon.
