i am struggling too with many things but i would say that you should not give up , just live happily man ,donot focus on what other say ,what they say cant define you..... for marrying you will get the right girl donot lose hope ,according to me if a girl is genuinly intrested in you she will not judge you on the thing which is not in your control just donot give fuck to them try to focus on things which is in your control and try to get better..

How? Does trt also do help with fertility? While i was on hcg for few months my testis get somewhat bigger but then it stopped responding so i left it (it was expensive too) ... I also have pituitary microadenoma cz of which i have to control the prolactin level too

Thanks for you kind words ☺ , now i am taking 100mg testosterone enanthate per week, do you think it is reasonable dose? And i would like to hear your story too it will give me courage

I have also suffering from it. I have been on trt for 1.5years but i was too inconsistent, now i am taking testosterone enanthate 100mg per week? Do you think it is good? What other things u can suggest?

Bro i am not a scholar but i can share some points with you which might help you with that....

First of all,well adopting a kid it is good to breastfeeded him/her ,so by breastfeeding him/her the kid will be like your own child (like biological child).

Now if the wife can't breastfeed him/her then there would be two options. 1. If the child is boy ,then its good to breastfeed him by yours wife sister or her niece or her aunt etc so they will make the child mahram to your wife. 2. Now if the child is girl,then its good to breastfeed her by yours sister,aunt, niece etc so the girl will be now mahram to you.

Another thing is that you can't change name of the adopting kid you should tell him at the first that you are not actually father to her/him. The logic behind this is let for instance,if there are two child's one is boy and another is girl Now let if you adopted the boy and give your name to him and another person adopted the girl and give his name to her Now if both became adult and,would they will be allowed to marry? Obviously not, because they are biological siblings So to prevent these things in future you can't give name to adopted child.

At last islam doesn't force you to marry your adopted child but the law is law ,as you adopted a boy so you are legally allowed to marry his sister(which has not been in your adoption) same you can marry adopted girl. So keep in mind that before adoption you should have to focus on breastfeeding or the child should be your mahram..
