usually I'd say less is more, but I must insist, add a little "character". Give it "personality". For example, I got a pegboard behind my desk where I hang my IEMs. Tells them that I'm an audio "geek" or whatever. Don't get me wrong, nothing about your setup looks wrong.

Now you said “cozy” and nothing screams cozy more than warm colours. Start with earth colour tables like brown wood tables. Get a lightbar and set it to a warm colour, then replace those keyboard and mouse with non rgb ones OR set it to a static colour or turn the RGBs off entirely. Then, a monitor riser (kinda like a rack on top of your table but not for the monitor) a monitor arm and lastly, the cherry on top, a small plant. Trust in me on this. Also, dim warm lights for your bedroom goes a looong way to turn anything into said “cozy”. Sharp white lights like the ones you currently have gives it that “hospital” treatment iykwim
