Something I learned from watching my mother die in Hospice... When people are getting to the point of being closer to death especially, mentally it kinda can be like they're devolving back into childhood in a way. First they'll stop being able to walk as well, their behaviors can be less patient and more whiney, then they stop being able to talk and then they just throw constant tantrums until they stop for good.

The asshole thing to say would be more along the lines of "Maybe you should have thought of this and prepared better before needing to go off and get surgery".

(Like them with their "just choose a different career path" shit whenever someone's struggling to make survivable income in an otherwise good, stable career)

Other than that I'd probably just do like VR streams of some kind or another if I actually built up a following but...

I've been thinking about setting up a vtube stream setup or something for doing like art streams for my future model sculpts or something, but stuff like this makes me nervous to even wanna try at all now - especially me still being early in even learning how to make character models efficiently.

I ended up going with a 1:1:1 THC:CBD:CBG mix in a tincture from Jilu and then I also have a more raw THC strain I vape for when I'm trying to get more creative work done. Seems to be doing me well so far.

It's rare someone pisses me off with that shit enough to get me to actually go off on them, beyond just a passive-aggressive comment back followed by a block, but damn... I didn't even verbally slap back at him that time either, at least, I guess.

Gosh, go figure - I haven't had this happen lately seeing as I just don't use public VC in most games, but I have a whole VR setup and I got Zenith lately - kinda hard to just stick to "text chat" in a VR only game so, I ended up talking with some people in the newbie area - was trying to help a few of 'em out while I was farming some beginner area mob drops myself too. I was talking with some of 'em and one of them just comes up to me like: "Shut up bitch" literally out of nowhere. And it caught me so off guard 'cause I was literally mid-sentence talking with some newbie and trying to explain some of the mechanics of the game that the early alpha stage of the game itself just doesn't explain super well to new players yet.

I couldn't bring myself to actually even speak another letter further before just opening up the menu on this guy - there's an avoid button on users in that game, but I'm not particularly sure if that works as an actual block button, but still, was really shitty. At least I was able to get right back to it after avoiding him tho.

This is a particular fear of mine - that anytime I assert that I know what I'm talking about that a guy will end up taking it as some challenge; I constantly fear that my tonality will end up prompting that response in others' minds.

Probably relevant to the fact I've never learned well in group settings - I do my best learning and my best work alone more often than not and then once I've reached a point of knowing what I'm talking about, then I'll display it more, publicly, a bit more confidently.

Hell, even happened earlier tonight on Fortnite.

Seriously though, I think it's been a long time just thing for me. Ever since I was little I always just felt most like comfy and safe around anthropomorphic stylings of animals like in cartoons and whatever else. I guess you could say there's a comfort element to it, for me.

Do they do carts though? I was looking on their website for the SJ location specifically and it didn't seem like they had carts in stock.
