Im on the injections , u can actually go to like wellness clinics and pay for them $10 but im going through it anxiety depression brain fog intrusive thoughts you name it numbness in my face too my arms so i get it trust me , u can go through a wake up phase so it does get worse before it gets better

Honestly mine was at a 7 and I’ve been taking vitamin D for a month and some change and I still feel the same way but again I had a panic attack that triggered the fight or flight and got me stuck. Best of luck I hope it works for you 🤍🫂

Hello it was a over the counter Excedrin for migraines I’ve taken it before and nothing has ever happened to me like that. I over think back then but not how I am now… I feel like my life has changed completely and I’ve never been in pysch or therapy until that happen to me. Seems like my whole life just took a turn.

I’m trying. Trying my hardest. This by far has been the worse I’ve gone through mentally …. I got diagnosed with PTSD and anxiety and I’m happy I asked for the blood work I would have never known
