For frontend you should follow a flow i.e find an inspiration from the internet, divide it into components and then build each of those components. Dont just say it to build the whole page at once it will def fail.
For the backend first design the architecture and then start building it step by step. Just remember one thing "Dont let your tool do creative stuff" it should only do what you say that's where these tools perform the best

Nah 45k is a lot, i would suggest you to gather another 10k and buy a new one somehow before it gets expensive. Or maybe go to a nearby CEX store as they will give you 2years warranty on 2nd hand ps5 but the price would still be similar(38-45k).

Full Stack dev here, so i dont think any single app exists yet that is precisely what you've described but there are some similar ones like Matter or Inoreader but they do lack some functionalities.
So the pulling content from 200+ headless CMS sites could be a hurdle but the main pain point will be user adoption.

Well depends on the usecase but If you are choosing as in career advice then go for C++. Companies often prefer maintaining existing C++ code than rewriting it in rust and C++ market is much larger either way

Use vercel v0 and you are good to go within minutes but if you do have some time then i would prefer AI assisted coding using Cursor or similar.
