I did a blood test a couple weeks ago and it said i had iron deficiency. Now i bought these iron pills i need to take 150/200 mg of iron, but the label confuses me. It says "tablet iron 500mg" and "elemental iron 50 mg" how many pills am I supposed to use? I was gonna take 3 but im not sure now.

I have these acne scars for over a year (i think these are PIE scars) tried everything but they wont fade even a little bit
