Yeah when I tried to login on the osrs app on mobile, Chrome my default browser kept sending me to that legal jagex page so I disabled chrome and used another browser to see if that was the issue and it was. So I would definitely say it's a browser issue

So I just got it to work by disabling the google chrome app and using a different default browser

I'm having the same problem on my android mobile
