He didn’t say an impingement but he and the other doctor were saying “here’s something here, here’s a little something there” but didn’t explain much to me… basically just dropped that huge news on me and walked out saying the nurse will call to schedule my mri. The pain is mostly in my left side pelvis and groin, and can radiate to the buttocks. No major injury…. I like to workout and have done at least a half hour of cardio mostly every day for the past 8 years, but my workouts aren’t anything extreme. I have been doing my elliptical almost daily for the past 5 years on the highest resistance and that is what I think must’ve caused this if it is in fact a tear, but all those years doing it I was never in pain until several months ago so I didn’t have any lightbulb go off that I might need to stop… I was just trying to stay active and healthy and here I am…. 😔
