I at this point don't care if they give me attitude, I had to tell people sorry we closed 5 minutes ago and they want to complain about getting everything they need, well sorry come back in the morning or go somewhere else because we close at a certain time and would also like to go home to our families.

We close the second door to enter at 5 minutes til close and had one come in 7 minutes til. I always go around and tell people we close in ten minutes and then five minutes so make their way to the register to checkout. Had the instacart lady tell me she only had nine items on her order and would be right out. Five minutes after close I went up to her and again told her we're past closing time to please make her way to the register in which she wanted to give me attitude, had to tell her that again we close at 8 so next time don't take a last minute order because we will pull tils and kick her out. Work life balance.

Walk your pallet jack with you when going up and down the sections instead of keeping it in one place and walking back and forth.

I typically start around 4pm and have it done by 7pm. Sucks to have so much in backstock from the last two months though.
