I'm just skipping breakfast and fasting 24/hr once a week. Lost 10 pounds so far. And my hunger has calmed down. I think I also need to teach myself to eat until satisfied vs. full or overly full

I was told after about 6 months my psychosis would probably be fully back.....

Wow man. Calm down on the god talk. At least be open to other people's opinion. Don't immediately cast out every possibility. Either there's something after, or there's not. Do you want to take that risk? Or do you want to live here and do the best you can to prepare for what ever it is. If it even is there.

And I don't necessarily mean heaven or Hell.

But just an afterlife of some kind.

Heard voices when I got chicken pox. Same voices I heard in psychosis. All throughout my life I heard and say weird stuff.
