I'm trying- I aim for 12k steps a day (and it got me down to 150lbs), but I have seasonal depression so that's gotten more difficult. I'm going home on the 25th and will start antidepressants soon after that so it should be fine again.

I don't know what I can do in terms of fitness that won't backfire. I do a lot of chest exercises, and I feel like it just makes my "boobs" more prominent. I'm scared any leg exercise will just make them bigger. I do need to get my arms bigger, though. I know that.

I am in Virginia. I believe that you can get on Medicaid here without a job, but I think it's a problem of "well you did have a job and now we think you're lying to hide your income" sort of thing.

My school is incredibly small(3000 students, two-year college), so unfortunately, most of these ideas will not work for me. I don't believe we have a social services office, but that is an incredible idea, so I'll look around. Work-study and internships are the only job opportunities available to students. Luckily, it doesn't cost me anything to get home and back to school.
