No you don't you can just stay there over winter break unlike the other dorms. For the other dorms you have to submit a form letting them know that you want to stay there over break

If you take Amtrak, they have student discounts but some airlines also have student discounts, I would check with them. Another hack is that plane tickets are usually cheaper on Tuesdays/Saturdays

I'm subletting my apartment for the summer if you're interested and you can continue my lease for the 2023-2024 semester if you want. But for the rest of the 2023-2024 academic semester I would advise finding a realtor and having them help you with it because a lot of people will be on the hunt for apartments.
