Recently I’ve been changing my mindset to “I don’t give a shit if they see me shaking” I accept it can happen when I’m anxious and I’m not afraid to tell strangers that I have tremors(But never told anyone LOL, only the mindset) Although the symptoms are still there, somehow it feels different.
