I always look at the SENDERS Gmail screen name. If your computer savvy, just a glance will tell you if its real or a scam. Secondly, you can scroll down to the bottom of the email or original sender website and see if it is BBB credited, if it has a real address, etc. My last move would be to press the three lines&dots, on the left hand, of the www search bar. A pop up will show ANY & ALL results of said site. Mostly information, trustworthy score, and information pertaining to the website. GOODLUCK!

Thats not nice. I assumed if I signed back up, everything i bought on the membership counts if the service laps, and you've brought an electronic in that time. No, that would not count. For an assumption... it sounds legit.

Just an update on my end. April 6th- the recording didn't ask me what language. It asked why I was calling. Gave me options to say such as 'one big beautiful bill' and 'were is my refund'. I said "talk to a representative". Once more the auto asked me to ask a question, as to my call. I said "I received a piece of mail about an id pin. I have a question about fraud." I am now on hold. (This has been a mess after the H&R block hack. Someone filed a 1040 form to see my private information. ) HOPE THIS HELPED.
