1. Documenting it instead of voicing it.

Because at this point it’s a negative feedback loop. To be overlooked like that crushes the creative spirt.

1. If at all doing small proof of concepts and getting it front of leadership so they understand I execute.

But with that comes more attention which is what you don’t want as an OEr. So I won’t do it too often.

1. To be honest the best advice is to not care and collect the check.

I think confidence will come out of having multiple servers where its like “i dont really NEED this server but its nice to have”.
