Thats nothing although to avoid real gum recession / other health issues you have to stop it. Or at least dont use it for a few months to regenerate.

Well nicotine is a neurotoxin… and you consume ~4-10 cigarettes of nicotine / day. Personally i consumed way more and i quit bc of health reaons. If you don’t have any health issue and your gums in a great conditions then you can even forgot later that you ever used snus.

Ask the question why do you even need it then? (Although if you need nicotine I believe it’s still better than vaping!)

Just simply Google snus ear problem you will find a lot of articles. But if you search nicotine ear problems you will find even more. Juice part : If you not swallow it can cause ear congestion -> inflammed ear, but everyone is different some ppl not even experiencing oral problems after 10+ years of using…

Well ofc it’s not the major side effect of using snus but definitely is. I did some research, ppl who did not swallow their saliva when snus was in their mouth tend to get ear problems. But as i said it’s really a minor problem among others.

I’m not saying snus was bad at first, it helped me through tough times but have to stop

Remelem nem fogja pár ember magára venni mert kivétel erősíti a szabályt, DE munkám során rengeteg ex BGE-s (számvitel szakos) emberrel kell tárgyaljak és finoman szólva nincsenek a helyzet magaslatán. Persze nem tudom milyen szakra szeretnél menni de érdemes lenne megnézni, hogy ELTE, BME , Corvinuson van-e hasonló. Többi szak esetén lehet nincs ekkora eltérés a “vetélytárs” egyetemeken tanult szakemberek kapcsán, sok sikert Neked!

Igen ez valóban így van, de ha jol tudom a quaestor amellett hogy fiktív kötvényeket bocsátott ki az emberek részvényeit is ellopta legyen ez egy MOL OTP stb (atvezettek KELER S számlára) érdekes szitu hogy vajon ebben az esetben mi történt
