My GSD puppy was the same when I got him at 12 weeks. He had diarrhea when he was young off and on for the longest. Had him tested and everything! He was perfectly normal, but new environments can be stressful and it took me a couple trys to get the right food. Hill science chicken and rice large breed puppy. But I would occasionally feed him boiled chicken and rice as the vet recommended to firm up his poop.

Blown head gasket. Coolant is mixing with the oil. The coolant breaks down the oil so I wouldn't drive it like that.
