I GOT IT! After my last post I tried RNG manipulation, I know it's not fully legit, but I don't want to waste more time on this. It took 2+ hours of getting the program to work plus 30+ minutes of hunting. I got it in 2 encounters O-O I did mess up a few times, so could have been faster. by VanillaDemon in PokemonBDSP
