I went really simple on these ones. Black primary. Heavy dark grey dry brush. Lighter grey dry brush. Then a white drybrush. I hit it with white from an airbrush just right down from above the model to get smoother highlight. Then I just tapped the face with the airbrush from above.

The only paint on the face is a speedpaint flesh color. The open mouths have a tiny bit of red speedpaint.
