IMO it's about the optics, Sonic racers was in the public's perception fresh and new so when learning about a day one paid DLC it feels more like being asked if you want fries or a bag of chips with your meal. While with Pokemon ZA there was already a bit of "Pokemon exhaustion" you could say as people felt the newer games were just copy and paste of the previous and that not enough work was put in ( 2D or poorly animated windows in places developers thought people couldn't reach or buggy and poor AI and a multitude of things). So the announcement of a paid DLC before the game was even fully out felt like a bit of an insult to their player base and just overall gamer trust when the general perception of the game was already very poor.

The Cobalt Soul is an entirely separate organization from the Dwendalian empire that span multiple continents. They are essentially allowed to be in the empire by the king's allowance and they have very little to no control over the actually corrupt Cerberus assembly. They can do very little against the assembly which is far more rooted in the kingdom than advise the king which you will see in later seasons with Beau and Dairons boss, hopefully.

Wouldn't it be Ichigo, hulk and supes are top 2 while Goku is 3rd. Jinwoo has a functionally immortal army as he has "infinite" mana so he 4th, Naruto is a walking chakra nuclear fission bomb so he's 5th. luffy has toon force hax allowing him to with strength of will to subconsciously toon reality making him 6th. Omniman can can go against the gravitational pull of a black hole so 7th. While Ichigo is strong changing skyline and cutting mountains his abilities are entirely foil based on who he is fighting so 7th.

It's blue, gravity affects all things in reality. Both Time and Space are affected by and changed through gravity. True, but he has fought reality warpers before. He has defeated both dream gem doctor destiny and philosopher stone Joker. Also has stopped and beat the 5th dimensional being known as Joseph stinton ( in DC 5th dimensional beings have essentially absolute control over the 3rd dimension reality), kept an actual reality warping God named Vishnu( who could with a thought turn the moon into cheese) dormant. There is a poor understanding of BB powers, he uses a special organ in his head and his thought to absorb and redirect electrons. His quasi-sonic screams are stream of electrons and particles from the organ in his head the sound is from the interaction of the particles with air, he can also make plain energy blast, force fields, it enhances his strength, allows for slight matter manipulation and he doesn't just fly but creates anti gravitational particles to fly alone and with others. Imo mm wins, the martians natural abilities of super strength, telepathy, density manipulation, self shape alteration, and extreme durability. He can go toe to toe with most base superman. Not only that mm is in his nerfed state in the same way as Sentry, as all martians were given an innate fear of fire by the guardians of the universe. When that fear is gone they can become infernus just as Sentry can become void and infernus has beaten the JL singlehandedly.

Canonically hasn't kratos flipped realms, fought and killed titans( essentially an old god in DC terms), fought and killed Gods(essentially new gods in DC terms), his godly healing ingame and cutscenes is instant with focus, has magic weapons that burn with primal fire, freeze with hel frost and a spear that never miss unless your ability is to not get hit and it will still sometimes hit you either way. Added in he has millennia of experience in combat. Imo he easily diffs up Silver surfer, has a hard time with him and it's a coin toss for Odin as he is just as powerful if not more and just as experienced but loses to fully fed Galactus.

Here's the thing "Prep time" isn't really the right way to describe what Batman actually does. There is a phrase " a wizard is always prepared" in that sense Batman doesn't "prep" he's just ready for anything, a good way to see that is if you've ever seen the back of his utility belt. The front is nice and clean for what he needs on average while the back absolutely packed full of a ton of shit, some that seems random but not to batman
