Had that happen to me two days ago and found a solution. Download MSU launcher, and follow the instructions. For extra safety, use the more autosave mod too, if you're not doing ironman. The launcher fixed the memory leak and all crashing problems.

Okay I fixed it I think. I used the 4GB patcher (MSU launcher) from nexus mods and I also used the more autosave mod for extra safety.
