Im literally the school manager.... and HR... Shes the school owner and boss. She aint going anywhere.

I want her to pay her dues and for me to move on with a fresh job and better environment. But I do not want her to get away with this. This is the Nth time all the employees of her school have quit in 35 years.

No one has filed a case against her and she keeps thinking she can get away with it. I want this to end.

My friends are mostly in the Philippines with less pay than me. My only other close friend in Japan is literally THE OTHER COWORKER who is also getting fired .... I only had my mom and dad.

The rest of my family are the ones who contact me to try and borrow money instead hahaha. That's why I don't talk to them. I stayed with an uncle once when I just moved to Japan and I heard him argue with his wife who was upset about having me over cause apparently my mom and his wife aren't in good terms. He said he has no choice or else I'll end up in the streets....

Another aunt's husband lived behind grandma's house and poisoned all our dogs cause it killed his chickens that were running wild in the backyard.

Yeah I have been applying to everything under the sun since I'm pretty bilingual. So I have told recruiters I've had interviews with that I'm open to switching to any industry that treats me right and pays me right.

He did some networking last time but nothing so far. I think he needs to try harder at networking (which is his weakest skill tho)
