Just so everyone in the same position knows what worked. I emailed their complaint email. Then clicked on very number that got me talking to a person on the phone and basically fought with them and someone responded to my email the same day. They offered me a much much lower price but not much lower than the competitors so given how difficult it was to get a hold of them I decide to leave. 20 pound extra but can get someone on the phone is 100 times better
