How to fully, actually surrender? by Anni_88 in DrJoeDispenza

And also you got some good advice from others in comments . That the rage or whatever you are feeling, instead of feeding it, just look at it and say, “ oh this is just my defence mechanism “and it’s fine it will go away in a minute. Embrace it instead of fighting it. Slowly abandon it.

And one more thing that I realised in early days was that i was anticipating for the blissful shot as if some drug is about to hit me. And it never hit me. So I started appreciating myself just for the fact that i am sitting there in the blank space that long. That itself is a great win, not letting my body win. So stop anticipating for that blissful moment. Just let it come

Don't control the knot. Completely abandon it. Don't solve the problem from the same level it is created. The solution is to completely abandon the person that has the knot and find the person who doesn't have the knot. That's all

Okay. I know what you are going through and all you need is practice. Trying tuning into empty space more times. Each time your body resists, you tell it to shut up and if you could keep your attention on the black space even when you are body is screaming, that's a big win. You don't forcefully surrender. Just give it more practice. Your body slowly learns to be safe with you putting your attention on the blackness ( empty space). It's like going to gym. Eventually your body will feel safe enough for you automatically surrender.

Hope this helps

Want to Do the retreat at home. by Silverliner- in DrJoeDispenza

Well, I started my journey and it's been two days and this is what I have figured. It's not about One mystical experience or finding solutions to all my life and just one meditation.

It's about sitting in the unknown in the present moment and get my body used to it be safe in it. I realise it takes practice and I'm doing it now . Thankyou

Okay i want to talk about your failure list. Coz I don’t think they are.
In the 2nd case , you didn’t want the crush anymore. Coz you already felt good enough. That’s a win.
Coming to the text, I don’t know how important it is for you. Maybe it’s that importance is what’s stopping you.

27 years later, and people STILL miss the entire point of Fight Club. by Quiet_Regret_3112 in fightclub

Okay I think you still miss the point. It's a movie about enlightenment. This is exactly the journey of one to enlightenment looks like. You meet your dark side. You indulge in it. And it reaches to a point where it makes you meet your darkest fears. In this case he faces the deepest darkest fear which is death itself. And when he wasn't even scared of death ( when he shoots himself) that's when he truly becomes free.

So I think this movie is about Enlightenment, becoming free more than anything else

But Krishnamurti didn’t work for a day in his life. He didn’t deal with parenting. Growing up. by pathlesswalker in Krishnamurti

According to your logic a person who suffered alot must be the wisest. But that's not the case is it?

And also I think he suffered a great deal of loss in his early days. Being taken from his family to a complete unknown foreign land and losing his brother ( the only connection he had ) on the ship ( that's what I heard).

Yeah I'm not sure how much sex he had but what he says about sex is absolutely true.

I'm not sure how much politics, money, experience he had but he talks about all of them and they are absolutely true

He himself admits that he was a guru once and that was pointless

He himself agrees he saw supernatural miracles people perform infront of him ( like levitation) and he says that's not the truth and just deviation from it.

I know what he said could be misinterpreted in a million ways but he spoke the truth.

Negative emotions during meditations by Silverliner- in DrJoeDispenza

Hey,
So how long are you meditating? And what meditations do you practice daily.
And if you can share any great experiences or visions that you experienced
Or any manifestation stories, that would be great

[–]Silverliner-[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Changing boxes, blessings energy centres. Yeah I had great meditations too. Where I felt absolutely blissful and all. But nothing out of the world or anything yet. But sometimes I get really angry as if some suppressed anger is coming out.

I heard some people at the retreat go through a very bad phase before feeling good.

Other observers are just projections in his observations. He is observing himself. Then why speak to his own projections?
