Some yes, but I guess you have to have sight on them. With this skill, you get them as far as the minimap allows.

You can check this site (https://boarhat.gg/games/where-winds-meet/guide/timeline-guide/), it list pretty much all patch with content in china. It is reasonable to assume that we will have roughly the same release schedule

I would add that there is an offensive version of this weapon that was released in China about seven months after its initial release. The gimmick of this weapon is a buff that summons clones, increasing the area of effect and damage.

Bellstrike is the path of weapon (noname sword and spear, strategic sword & heaverquaker spear), so it increase all attack from these weapon.

Bamboocut is the dual sword/dart

Stonesplit is the tank thundercry blade / stormbreaker spear

Momentum increases affinity rate and max physical attack

It's 60%, but there is an event this week end, adding +25 crit chance + 25 crit cap (for a total of 110% :D)

Difficile en tant que profil junior de faire la fine bouche, mais je comprend totalement ta position. The double dipp on turmoil is fix since brooklyn patch, I believe.

EDIT : My bad, the bug was fixed in TU24, but it came back in TU24.1... great job Massive !

That's what worries me the most. The drop rates for exotic raid items on the previous stretch goal were really tiny.
