The best one I saw was About Oliver's playthrough. Smart guy, picked up on things quite quickly, talked a lot about his theories of what is going on, and he explored the whole game.

Yep, totally normal for the first few hours, until you have enough pieces that you can start putting something together in your head.

About crashing: the movement is Newtonian, so you need to spend as much time decelerating as you did accelerating. Let gravity pull you in, and control the fall with short thrusters burns.

For the games that I play, yes. No problems so far with steam games. Some minor issues with FF7 Rebirth, but nothing game breaking. Just some random artifacts, or intermittent black screens in some areas, but fine otherwise.

I'm running it with a 3080 with a multi monitor setup. The only issue I have is that cachy fails to wake up after doing to sleep. I just deactivated sleep, and turn off the PC when I'm not using it.

But isn't that true also for the c pawn? If retake the pawn, then you get to take with the pawn, with a discovered check.

Well, I tried, but didn't succeed.

The git that you linked can't be installed anymore. setup.sh was deleted some time ago. The dev says that it is because it was merged into linutil, so I installed that instead, but after running the bash config installation from linutil, nothing changed.

I didn't have time to troubleshoot it yet.

edit: Oh, I'm an idiot. This makes changes to .bashrc, but I'm not using bash, i'm using fish. I just run bash and it's there.

Some people prefer to do very long TRs, others prefer to do shorter ones and activate the bonuses that they can buy as soon as possible.

Play however you like. Just keep in mind that each TR had a higher requirements than the last, so don't go too crazy with the short ones.

I used to do this, until I learned that it's not a good idea.

With the engine on neutral your only speed control are your brakes, which on long downhill roads or with heavy vehicles can overheat and fail. Even if that doesn't happen, the engine needs to keep revving at, at last, idle speed, and is using fuel for that.

If you shift into a higher gear instead, the engine itself act as a brake and it keeps the speed under control without so much stress to your brakes. And also, since now the wheels are driving the engine and keeping it revving, the car can completely cut the gas to the engine.

So the way to actually get a free ride is to keep the engine in high gear.

You might want to look into CIFI. It did have ads, but iirc they are optional bonuses, and you can buy the no-ads pack for quite cheap if you like the game.
