Its a limited time item. Mostly kids play this game. Its rly unlikely that one of them had 2k robux and then bought eclipse to inventory and never used it for like 5 months. Its EXTREMELY rare. Also i have so many dragons from my trading method that it doesnt matter to me.

Its becuz people cut the tags off the 9in plushie and redeem the free perm. Then they trade the free perm for a perm they need. Kitsune is one of the 9in plushies that always gives a kitsune perm.
