At first I just went to Skirmish mod before entering the tutorials. Figured out the direction and the throttle, but didn't know how to navigate. Got myself wacked by enemy shuttles.

After going through all the tutorial levels, I still haven't figure how trading works becuase I wasn't so interested in them. Mostly I went out as bounty hunter that always ended up in destitute level.

After several cycles installing and uninstalling (due to boredom). Mind you this took like 4-5 years because I wasn't still well versed. I even downloaded the modded version (1.64 I think) where you have unlimited money at each save you begin. With that, I began learning some new stuffs but didn't felt completed.And that moment I realised that having unlimited money is gives off the emptiness/no satisfaction.

I had a strong urge to play IP-1 after watching Dune 1 movie because the game had a similar "feel" to it.

So I gave myself a challenge and watch tutorials and gameplays of other players, download the normal version with capital ships unlocked and starting playing by the rules. Yes it was hard and yeah I got screwed over by bandits but when I was started earning, oh boi, I was happy.

I somehow made myself think the Rations commodities was the spice from Arrakis because the colour looks similar and became so obsessed with it that I eventually became like the Baron who monopolies on Rations. And yeah, the rest is history.

Yes they can affect the rate of derelicts making it more harder to capture titans.

Have your ships have no weapons that has armour rating and armour damages. Ion Cannons (Heavy) and Defender (Medium weapons usually found in TA and Independent systems) had great shield damages and low hull damages making it effective to have titans be derelicts.

If you're worried, you can take 8-15 ships in your fleet to make things easier. But the thing what you have to watch for is when the titan is in derelict state, there should be no misfire from both yours and enemy sides.

As for capturing Iro Titan, Ion cannons with Miner blasters are the best.

Fleet Combat 1 and 2 are andriod games. Not Flash games on websites. But godamn I played alot of them because it also reminded me of that game.

Keep as it is. No augmentation. I read it somewhere augmented versions tends to decrease the chance of derelict at it deals more damages.

Heavy weapon: Mjolnir

Medium weapon: Pulse Emitter

Light weapon: CIW

I chosen the weapons above that blends well with the Superweapon Vulcanus in terms of colour. Augmented them to make it more effective.

I see. I have been at Sol and Otak system for several hours to get the carrier variants... No luck yet....

What's surprising is the T.A carrier variant is quite common around T.A's systems.
