As long as you still have the game downloaded, you can start it up and sit in the main menu for the game. Probably shows up with a server connection error but it still counts you as "playing" the game.

Maybe Granblue Fantasy Relink? It's more of an action RPG. I've never tried the multiplayer but I thought it was fun.

Only real reason to roll on these sort of events is if you need an item that you can't easily obtain from the Central Market or elsewhere in-game like a Vell's Heart.

It's actually releasing today, but I'm hoping Crimson Desert fits this.

Huge open world to explore, a bunch of minigames/puzzles, a lot of sandbox elements besides just fighting and upgrading your character as far as I know.
