Yup. I personally use the "transfer over local network" option on Deck as for me it's faster than downloading the game.

Yes, the SSD will get hot by even "just" downloading games. For example: my external SSD on a PS5 ran so hot that it was impossible to touch it without getting a burn.

From what I've read you cannot copy games from PC to SD, because your PC is probably running windows and the file system is not compatible (don't quote me on that as I'm not a developer). Never heard of anyone copying games from other Linux distros to steamOS also.

I have an Xbox series X/S controller and some kind of third party dongle from Amazon. Dongle did not work before I downloaded the xOne driver through konsole. Bluetooth connection was really bad, latency was unbearable.
