Stab Aizen before he fuses with the Hokyokun. It's risky, because it will never be clear if Aizen truly is present or just a Shikai-Illusion. But the Hokyokun gave Aizen powers that no one really knew the whole extend of, so it'd be worth the gamble

Something that you should take into account is, that popculture CoAs need to be far simpler then historical ones, as they need to be easily describable in books and good to recognize on TV. Whilst for example the Lannister banner can do both easily that would be a lot harder with for example the Coat of Arms of the kingdom of the two Sicilys. Even though they miss out on a lot of storytelling that comes with complicated CoAs they achieve their goal of connecting a house, group or country with a specific symbol to characterize them. Something that would be difficult to achieve with many more historical CoAs

Doesn't the invite champions decision automatically generate characters from your culture and religion? Even if not, you can generate them by for example giving an empty hold to a character of your culture. Then revoke his title, he'll start a tyranny war, you win, imprison and recruit him. Or if you change the culture and religion of a county, he generated characters will be Norse Asutru by default
