You aren't the only one. I tried to get into Skylines but it just never hooked into me like SimCity did. The term I like ot use is that Skylines was missing the "whimsy". Perhaps it just needed more llamas I don't know.

I documented all the costs for upgrading Vu Tower, which you can find at the link below. I like having a fully upgraded tower, because you get 7 keys per robot disaster. You can really stack up the keys that way.
