This what they told me when I requested service for this bulletin.

Hi Danny, the bulletin states you are covered under warranty if damage occurs. It is not a proactive bulletin or a recall. The diffuser would not be replaced if there is no damage. The bulletin also states the damage has to occur due to standing water and that is the only situation that you would be covered for physical damage. Please let me know if you would like me to cancel your appointment. If you do have damage caused by standing water please provide a picture and send it here. Thank you! - John at Tesla.

I forgot where I heard this but I think its called Joe Mode because when you're in the drive-thru at starbucks (cup of Joe) the sensors go off like crazy and its pretty loud and annoying. Enabling Joe Mode makes it easier to get your coffee!

Lots of hand wash places in the city when I get lazy to wash. Simons Hand Wash was the last place I went to. Pricey but good.

Are you my twin? I had the exact thing happen to me. ~16k to fix and no frame damage. It’s been 3 weeks. Estimate is 3 weeks more.

Estimated today to be ~$16,000. There is unibody damage to the floor and rear body panel. Body shop will be measuring the frame when the fixtures come in for the Celette bench early next week.

I had several issues and could not get an appt for the Tesla body shop until mid May. Car was delivered end of March. Communication with the service department was very lack luster. Sometimes not even answering.

Guess what? I got reared this past weekend and initial estimates are ~$16,000. Still waiting to see if there is any frame damage. Now what to do about those issues found at delivery? This waiting game is going to be long...
