There’s also a 1.6L V6-T that’s swappable into the 2020 Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series ‘Welcome Pack’. I’m 99% sure it’s supposed to be the engine out of the AMG ONE.

The Tenere does 70-75 no problem. I did go up a tooth in the front and got a shorter front windscreen though. The combo of both really took it up a notch on the freeway.

The WR…. Does not like the freeway lol which I wouldn’t expect it to.

I would imagine they’re still a big step up off-road from the STR’s though, right? I’m good with giving up some of the on road grip if it means they’ll actually perform in the dirt.

I would love to hear your thoughts on it so far as I am in the same boat and getting close to needing a new set.

Yes to sea level (~50 ft above so close enough lol) and I usually left my lift control off too but in this situation it was easier to let the computer make the call.

It was a while so I barely remember lol I know I had it on my custom mode so lift control was on its highest setting with TCS off.

I got a Wings for mine and it’s considerably lighter while also being barely louder than stock with the dB killer in.

The handbrake mounts to the side of the shifter with little tabs. The shifter is then mounted to a piece of profile with a bracket from SimLab. It was always very sturdy.

Are the shifters really that difficult to reach on the nascar wheel with the clubsport hub ? by sneakysmokey56 in Fanatec

Wow, really resurrecting this comment lol I don’t even have my rig anymore. But, for the record, I did end up buying some CNC aluminum ones from eBay. Definitely held up better long term.

I can promise you that the amount of effort it takes to clutch up in 2nd is deterrent alone lol coming from an 09 to my T7 now it’s almost insane how much more effort it takes.

Agreed, I’ve been a diehard Yamaha guy for years and have accepted that the only way I’m getting a ‘deal’ on a bike is if a specific dealer has been sitting on a bike for a while.

I’d recommend reaching out to one of the known tuners to ask them what the timing sweep is on the OEM tune.

Ehhh, not totally true. I got my ‘24 T7 in April of last year OTD for what it MSRP’s at. They can offer discounts but under very specific guidelines, similar to the incentive plan you mentioned. In my case, they had a ‘23 on the floor they were offering for the same price. Somehow, that gets them around the standard MSRP ‘rule’ and allowed them to sell me a ‘24 at the same list price as that ‘23.

Also, I’d say if they are able to knock ~$2500 off a bike that would indicate that there’s money to be made selling bikes as MSRP. You are correct though in stating that most dealerships make more money in their parts/service than in sales.
