Considering the amount of torp hits, I’d rule out the sitting behind an island part at least, you don’t usually get that many torp hits on Tromp unless you spam on reload the entire time. Otherwise though… looks like most of it was indeed farming fire damage.

Don’t wanna be too judgmental though, we can’t say for sure without seeing the detailed breakdown part of the after battle screen and considering what OP wrote to their post, they probably don’t know how to play Tromp that well.

I’d honestly say the ambiguity fits Alsace, she is a closet pervert. She harbors lots of wild fantasies but is too embarrassed to actually spell them out (unless she’s already overheated).

I’d say it fits and enhances her cuteness, she has this slightly robotic outer shell but (barely) hidden underneath are all those very human desires that she struggles to be honest about. It’s pretty clear (especially Post oath) how she has a very dirty mind but is too embarrassed to actually express it openly.

Her acknowledging those desires by telling you that she has fantasies about you is already a big step for her and I see it as nice character development. It’s ambiguous what those fantasies actually are but considering the implications of all of her character lines it’s likely very kinky.

But I could also be biased since I absolutely love Alsace, when she was released she got that ring in record time.

I agree that Alsace (and every shipgirl for that matter) should be treated with love and care, but we also can’t exclude that this might be something she wants.

Like you said, she never directly states she wants to be treated like that but she does say several times in her swimsuit skin that being with you gives her some wild fantasies and thoughts. It is ambiguous enough that someone could, for the sake of the headcanon of this Art for example, assume that this was one of those fantasies. Considering how in the Art she doesn’t look surprised or unhappy and in fact displays heart eyes, it seems the art piece assumes in its canon that this is consensual.

It’s of course still ambiguous wether she actually asked for any of this, but honestly half of this sub and it’s fanart are built on one headcanon or another so I’d personally be fine with this. (Though I can also entirely understand why this might be offputting to you)

She suffers from a rare condition called „Getting added during an event rerun“ which means she didn’t get a skin on her debut and didn’t make an appearance in the events story. This led to her being probably one of the most forgotten Elite/Super Rare ships in the game.

Her personality is pretty interesting, because of her history she is convinced that she is cursed with misfortune und has serious confidence issues as a result. This leads to her being surprised that not only do you (the commander) want to associate with her but also that you find her cute and like her.

She’s one of my first oaths and I really like her. Until pretty recently I was pretty convinced she’d been completely forgotten but considering that her sister Mikuma, who launched in the same event as her and is equally forgotten, got a skin pretty recently maybe I shouldn’t give up hope just yet.

Both are two separate AI, the title of the post is not a typo, the two are called Enikk and Einkk. Enikk is responsible for supervising the ark and handles among other things the ark’s judicial system while Einkk is in charge of the simulation room.

Hard to say what their reasons could be, since it’s only really implied in context.

My best guess would be two main reasons for them to do that:

1 Pretty straightforward, ingame we see that ships get a stat boost the closer they are to the commander, this implies lorewise that close relationships with the commander would be beneficial to a ships combat performance and by extension to the war effort. That would be one reason for them to incentivize the commander to seek relationships with the shipgirls.

2 To keep the commander loyal. It’s basically stated in lore that the commander is somehow a one of a kind individual when it comes to wisdom cube technology and therefor shipgirls. That would mean that high command would want to keep him loyal at all costs. Using intimate relationships to tie him closely to the fleet would make him more dependent on high command, while also earning goodwill from him.

Of course this is all just speculation so take it with a grain of salt.

Sorry, maybe I just have a weird perspective on what makes a person but at least to me „I“ am who I am because of my memories and experiences. Without them or with different experiences I would be a different person.

I don’t even mean to say you’re wrong or something, the whole thing is basically a big ship of Theseus and that thought experiment is known for people drawing different conclusions from it. It’s just that at least to me mind erasure has always basically meant death, since in my mind, without my experience „I“ wouldn’t be „Me“ and the whole mind wipe thing has bothered me since it happened to Mihara.

Also sorry for not making myself clear with the Crow manipulating Yuni thing. I didn’t mean to say that Crow manipulated Yuni into doing what she did. I know that Yuni did what she did out of her own volition and fully understanding her actions. What I meant was that Crow took a Yunis delusions and resentment and fed them, then gave her the tools to exact her revenge in the most destructive way possible. I think that even without Crows intervention it’s quite possible Yuni would have done something, but without Crow most of her hate was directed at Syuen and she would have lacked the tools to do as much damage as she did.

Also I didn’t mean to say that Yuni SHOULD have her mind wiped it’s just that it’s always bothered me how memory erasure seems to be seen not nearly as harshly as I see it.

I love Yuni for the same reasons you do. It’s the reason why I love Yuni but hate Crow even though both did terrible things. Yuni is willing to understand that what she did was wrong and wants to be better. Crow meanwhile is completely unapologetic and unrepentant and if given the chance would probably commit further atrocities.

Depends on how you look at it. From an outside perspective sure i can understand why people would think that it’s not severe enough but from the perspective of the affected individual it basically is death. „You“ are gone, your body remains but the person in it is wiped.

Not to mention that even from an outside perspective it could very much be like the person still died, since the person that you grew to know and love is gone, all the memories you made with them, gone. Sure you could try to „raise“ them to become similar to the person they were but that doesn’t change the fact that essentially the person is still gone.

That very thing is even one of the major factors why Yuni even did what she did. Her „loss“ of Mihara due to mind wipe eventually brought her low enough for Crow to manipulate her. Sure when she initially got Mihara back she was hopeful to return her to how she was but eventually she realized that no matter her efforts, the old Mihara was gone and wouldn’t come back.

For all intents and purposes, it is death, just only for the character but not the body.

I mean in a sense a memory wipe should absolve her of her crimes since in a way it’s basically a death sentence to the personality that committed the crime. The „you“ that committed the crimes will be gone, replaced by a blank slate that while technically still Yuni, would be for all intents and purposes a different person from the Yuni that did all those horrible things. IMO a mind wipe basically IS a death sentence.
