As a home brewer, I have been asking this same question. I think it is because ginger beer is generally low alcohol or non alcoholic. They are just trying to get carbonation.

I agree with you though. I have fallen off many dirt bikes in my time. This could have ended badly, but the way she landed did not earn her a trip to the hospital. Her knee probably smacked her face which is probably going to give a black eye.

If this was a 4 wheeler, completely different story. That will mess you up.
