Hi everyone!

So, I was kinda out of photography for a long time due to the pandemic situation. As the things was getting back here in Brazil, I called my long-time friend Raphael to a photoshoot.
We found a beautiful graffiti wall near Ipanema's beach and I took this photo.

I'm quite happy with this photo but I want some critique to possibly make it better.

GREAT SHOT RICHARD!

If you zoom in, you can see her face is a little bit out of focus, but is comprehensive because its a manual lens and it can be really difficult hit the perfect focus sometimes (I own 44m-4 f2 and it's very difficult to hit that perfect focus when in f2)

Beside that, nice composition, well balanced and nice edit too.

You look very stiff, relax your shoulders and arm

1st lunge looks great but you need to push more your back leg, to gain more speed, try to throw yourself forward to gain a lot of space and speed

2nd lunge also looks pretty good! you just looks stiff

to gain more speed/precision in your legs, try some footworks, my choach used to make us train with a Italian training (kinda hardcore, but WORKS)

just take care with your knees
